The Regional Trainer Seafreight Systems & Processes is responsible for designing, developing and conducting effective training programs and workshops on processes and systems to enhance user competence, ensuring a solid base for employees to deliver excellent service to our customers and boosting the employees workplace performance in alliance with company’s core values and guidelines.Perform training needs assessments and find innovative methods and tools to deliver trainings and training material to the sea freight organization.

The Regional Trainer Seafreight Systems & Processes is part of the Western European Regional Seafreight & Systems training team.The training team will have a key role in the implementation of a new sea freight operational system called SeaLOG, which will be rolled out in the upcoming years; establishing and executing the communication and training plan for all the end users and their management as well as creating and proofing operational training concepts. These concepts will in part be delivered by the training team to the end users but they will also train the trainers; the National Process Managers (ZS C's), in the region Western Europe.

Your tasks and responsibilities

  • Design proof and deliver training concepts for Seafreight users;
  • Creation, development and communication of end user material;
  • Training administration;
  • On time delivery of assigned projects;
  • Contributing to a yearly training and communication plan;
  • Review of the business cases to be trained to ensure we are compliant to rules and regulations.

Your skills and experience

  • Design and implementation of training programs (2-5 years of experience);
  • Project Management experience (2-5 years);
  • Supply Chain knowledge;
  • Proficient with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint;
  • BPA (Business Process Automation) knowledge and understanding;
  • Experience in delivering training or coaching a sports team;
  • Able to use different media when delivering a presentation;
  • Creative;
  • Analytical and able to draw conclusions from data;
  • Intercultural competence;
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • Technical affinity;
  • Ability to teach and motivate others;
  • Fluent in English.
