Regional Program Manager HR

Job description

You steer, monitor and support the implementation of HR projects across Europe. These projects are related to process optimization, digitalization, HR IT and others. This role supports our desire to think fresh and improve our processes, continuously making them more sustainable, more digital and more client-oriented. Other European HR projects may be part of the job. You support the roll out of the HR strategy in general and are part of the European team.

Your tasks and responsibilities

  • You are the first point of contact when it comes to the analysis of HR processes, providing guidance and support to the countries.
  • You lead a group of 15 people accross Europe who are the Subject Matter Experts (SMEs)  for their country or their HR discipline.
  • You organize, plan and design projects in collaboration with the SMEs and the HR leadership community per country.
  • You coach & consult SMEs, senior stakeholders and final users within the entire process of strategy and project management.
  • You communicate the milestones, deliverables and statuses towards HR Leadership community.
  • You ensure alignment and seamless engagement between the countries in Europe, the HR IT global team the Shared Service Center and other key stakeholders.
  • You take the regional lead when it comes to Global HR Systems implementations and new releases.

Your skills and experience

  • Demonstrable professional development with a recognised project management qualification or equal experience      
  • Working knowledge of the project lifecycle including selection of appropriate methodologies and techniques for delivery      
  • Knowledge of HR Management systems (TMS, LMS, Recruitment systems)   
  • Experience in HR Systems implementation and execution as well as project and program management with a focus on change management (min 5-8 years of experience)
  • Experience in Social Media topics and its implementation in a business environment.
  • Enthusiastic leader with strong motivational skills, energy and curiosity to learn.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Strong analytical abilities and data orientation. Able to see patterns and drive insight from data
  • Willing to work in an international environment
  • Extensive international travel will be required
  • Bachelor in Business Administration
  • Fluent in English. Other european languages are welcome.
