Customer Satisfaction Manager

You will be the connecting factor between our customers’ wishes and how we translate these wishes into action. You will proactively guide both our customers and our own organisation in their development.

You know how to spot opportunities and translate these into concrete proposals for improvement. And you know how to convince people, ensuring that these improvement proposals are actually adopted by our customers and our departments. As a result, our customers will be able to make the best possible use of our logistic services.

Location: Utrecht

Your responsibilities

  • Managing and implementing the terms and conditions agreed with customers
  • Maintaining an excellent working relationship with customers, with a focus on open and transparent communication
  • Identifying new opportunities, making proposals for improvement, and looking for opportunities to reduce the costs of the customer’s total supply chain
  • Participating in projects to optimise logistic processes in collaboration with the customer and/or various internal departments
  • Supporting the development, implementation and application of the site policy
  • Drawing up performance reports and monitoring departmental results

Your competencies and experience

  • University degree
  • 5 to 10 years of proven experience in a managerial position in logistics and in maintaining customer relationships
  • You are proactive and have a strong hands-on mentality
  • You are an independent team player, capable of communicating at different levels within the organisation
  • You can deal with stress and know how to be decisive in difficult situations
  • You have an excellent command of Dutch and English (speaking and writing)
